I’m a passionate trainer with 10 years of experience working with a wide range of clients—from youth athletes to busy professionals and older adults. I specialize in private training, semi-private sessions, and customized workout programming designed to help each person reach their individual goals.
My approach focuses on building strength, improving functional fitness, and creating sustainable habits that fit my clients’ lifestyles. I also provide in-home training for added convenience, and I deliver on-site corporate wellness programs to support employee health, team building, and productivity.
